Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the third batch of specialized, refined, and new "little giant" enterprises, and Zhejiang Chang'an Renheng Technology Co., Ltd. successfully made the list.

The "Little Giant" enterprise is organized and selected in accordance with the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises with Specialization, Refinement, Distinctiveness, and Novelty", in order to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on cultivating a group of "specialized, refined, distinctive, and new" small and medium-sized enterprises and enhancing their innovation capabilities, implement the deployment of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises" issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council, further promote the high-quality development of small.

Specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises refer to those that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and have outstanding innovation capabilities, among which "little giants" are the outstanding ones. They often focus on niche markets and are leading enterprises with strong innovation capabilities, high market share, mastery of key core technologies, and excellent quality and efficiency.
